Nick Butterfield was hired by Dunnett Craven Architects to provide a retail concept for the complete redesign of Steen & Strom, Oslo's most famous 200-year-old department store. The project included an overall retail design strategy and a luxury branded concept for this iconic fashion and social meeting spot for international travellers and locals alike. The design incorporates the very best of the world's fashion labels and complementary F&B mix creating a shopping experience that is both elegant and inviting.
